Nadara is offering financial support for individuals and local businesses committed to a sustainable future. In previous years, funding has covered essentials like travel, course materials, laptops, and accommodation.
Key Details & Eligibility
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be 16 or over at the start of their course.
- Location Priority: Priority is given to applicants living or studying within an approximately 50-mile radius of Nadara’s wind farms in Scotland, England, and Wales. You can check eligible regions using their Site Locations map. THIS INCLUDES STRATHDEARN AREA!
- Course Alignment: Studies must focus on gaining professional skills, knowledge, and competencies applicable to the renewable energy sector.
- Covered Expenses: Travel/commuting costs, course materials (books, software), connectivity, and equipment (receipts or expenditure evidence required).

- 13 October 2026: Application period opens
- 13 November 2026: Application deadline
- Week commencing 23 November 2026: Applicants informed of outcomes
