Strathnairn and Strathdearn Parish Church.
We are an authentic, family Church serving and loving all in Strathnairn and Strathdearn sharing the love, joy, peace, and hope of Jesus.
Everyone is welcome to join us to worship God. Here, you can discover more about Jesus, how to follow His ways and be part of our faith family.
On Sundays, we meet at the Strathdearn Hub and Croy Church at either 10am or 12pm, alternating each month. Keep track on our facebook page or local posters.
Every 5th Sunday of the month, we gather together from both services in Daviot at 11am for worship and lunch. Just turn up – you’ll be very welcome!

What to expect?
A joyful and welcoming place, centred on Jesus.
Friends getting together to sing, pray, listen, and respond – expecting to meet with Jesus. We sing a mix of contemporary and some older songs celebrating the awesome things God has done and express our love to Jesus and His Holy Spirit. We love to be in the holy presence of Jesus and aim to make this accessible to everyone.
We pray for others, the world, ourselves and for you. There is an opportunity to give financially for the work of the Church and missionaries. The Bible is read and preached, and God meets with us through the Holy Spirit, revealing the wonders and healings of Jesus in our lives today.
There is space for you and your children to freely move around with the service lasting about 1hr 15mins. Afterwards, we enjoy refreshments and snacks – a chance to chew over questions and actions from the service and catch up with friends.

What else is happening?
We offer a variety of weekly Christian activities; guided contemplative prayer gathering, crafts and chat groups, Bible Studies in various locations, and other emerging groups – check facebook or our website for details.
Each month we also host:
· Gaelic services on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in Daviot
· prayer gatherings at the end of the month
· Messy Church
· Afternoon teas
· Adventures into the beautiful wilds!
The Guild is open to both women and men to hear guest speakers, enjoy friendship and food, parties and trips away.
New Wells is an evening gathering where we all learn new, contemporary worship songs together. Bring your voice – or an instrument if you can play by ear – and make a joyful noise to God with us! Check facebook for the details. The first one is Sun 29th March, 7-9pm, Daviot Church.
We hold services to celebrate life ages and stages and offer a place of peaceful refuge when hearts are sore. Baptisms, weddings, funerals, Easter, Pentecost, Remembrance Day, and Christmas. Jesus loves it when we get together!
We are a vibrant, loving group of people who love Jesus, each other and you! We love to try new things, honouring our rich spiritual heritage, and doing our best to share the good news of Jesus in ways that are relevant today.
Whether you are exploring faith, looking for friendship, or simply curios, you are always welcome with us.
Rev Ruth Kennedy started as the Minister at the end of November 2025 and would love to hear from you. Email:rkennedy@churchofscotland.org.uk
