A Farewell to Janet, SCD’s Hub and Events Manager

We’re sad to say farewell to Janet, our Hub and Events Manager, today. She has done a
fantastic job getting The Strathdearn up and running since it opened its doors back in
October 2019 and establishing events such as our cinema nights.

It has been a tough year for organising anything and we won’t immediately be replacing the role
however, the events.manager@strathdearn.org address will still be monitored.

Good luck Janet! From everyone at SCD.

Plans and Designs for the Affordable Housing Project

The planning application for the proposed Affordable Housing has been submitted.

For folks who were not able to attend the open evening, please see the designs and site layout available here.

All of this is subject to planning approval, therefore, there maybe changes made but we will keep you updated if and when that arises.

This has been a long term aspiration for our community and we welcome your support to deliver this important project.
