A9 Dualling – traffic management update

Overnight Temporary traffic signals will be implemented on the A9 at various locations on A9 between the Moy Rail Bridge and the start of the existing dual carriageway approximately 1.5 miles south of the B815 junction to Fort Augustus.

The traffic signals will be in place for approximately 5 weeks from Monday 6th October 2025 between the hours of 19:30 – 06:00. There will be no work carried out on Saturday nights or Sunday nights, work will commence at 19:30 on Monday evenings, finishing at 6:00 on Saturday mornings.

These works are to enable sheet piling work to be carried out along the A9 which will enable excavations in the area and culvert installations.
