Young people from the local area who are planning to study a STEM-related subject at university or college this year are being encouraged to apply for the Stronelairg and Dunmaglass Scholarship Programme.
The programme is open to students living within the following community council areas:
- Strathdearn
- Strathnairn
- Stratherrick & Foyers
- Fort Augustus & Glenmoriston
- Laggan
- Glengarry
- Spean Bridge, Roy Bridge & Achnacarry
Two scholarships are available, each worth £5,500 per year, providing valuable financial support to students pursuing studies in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
Applications are now open and will close on 13 September.
