Activities on site
The blockwork forming the stair enclosure has been completed to cap slab level.
Roof cassettes installation complete 100% inc the remaining fixings to be completed.
Diagonal bracing 90% completed with 1 bay of highlevel bracing in the main hall still to be fitted.
All window & glazed door installations are complete.
The offsite foul drainage is now completed with Scottish Water inspections carried out periodically as required. The CCTV survey of the drainage has been done. With a final inspection to be done when the surfacing is complete.
Construction of the parking areas at the road and millenium hall are substantially complete.
Joiners have completed subfloor insulation and separation membrane in all areas. Underfloor heating installation has been completed and the GF has now been screeded.
Scaffold erection is complete and has been taken into use.
The south elevation of the roof has been battened and sarked. The breather membrane is being applied. The north elevation battens and sarking are ongoing.
A birdcage scaffold/crash deck has been installed below the main hall roof lights. Rooflights are due 27th May
1st fix electrical works have commenced as of 10th May.
1st fix M&E will commence w/c 14th May
HD straps across the GF – 1st floor kit panels to be re fitted at areas where windows prevent full length fixing.
1st delivery delivery of slates has arrived on site
Upcoming Activities
Complete all framing, partitions and balcony protection timber makeup as far as possible. Progress M&E 1st fix. Plasterboard deliveries will commence w/c 14th May to allow M&E to start. Fire capping over stair well. Roof lights installation Commence roof slating. Fit plasterboard where required for M&E 1st Fix Commence framing for larch cladding on external elevations
