The Highland Council is seeking your views on a proposed Highland Rural Short Term Let Control Area. If introduced, anyone wishing to change a house into a short-term let within the designated area would need to apply for planning permission beforehand.

Whether you support the proposal, oppose it, or simply want to learn more, now is the time to have your say. The consultation is open to residents and other interested parties, and every response helps inform the Council’s decision-making process.
