The SCD Board would like to gauge your opinions as a community if we were to progress with potential plans to provide a Gym facility in the Hub. 
We would ask that you to read the background information and complete the survey questions (this can be anonymous).
Hard copies of this questionnaire will be available at the Shop from tomorrow if you prefer.
We would like to have all replies by 20th March 2021 so the SCD board can review the responses.
