The Strathdearn: Support Team

£10.50 per hour

As The Strathdearn becomes busier we want to continue providing an outstanding customer experience whilst managing costs and operating efficiently. Therefore, we are recruiting a small team of local people who are happy to work for White River Trading Ltd on a zero hours basis. This means we will call on you to work on an ad hoc basis and you will be paid for the hours you work. If you are unable to work on the days or times required, that’s ok, we can ask someone else within the support team.
What will you do?
The tasks you’ll be asked to do will be varied. Typically, you may be asked to:
- Help set up rooms for meetings, events, and functions.
- Undertake tidying up and cleaning duties.
- Service events eg meet and greet guests, bar duties (if over 18), serve tea and coffee, open and close the building.
- Cut the grass, water plants and litter picking.
Training and support will be provided.

- Are willing to be directed and follow instructions.
- Want to be part of the community spirit.
- Are customer orientated and focused.
- Are aged 16 to 100!
