Strathdearn Community Council is a statutory consultee (in Law) on all planning applications in our community area including wind farm developments. The Community Council’s role is to provide those making the decisions on applications (i.e. The Scottish Government) with an informed local view on the proposal. In order to assist our community in considering their views, a report has been completed summarising the six proposed wind farm developments, along with relevant planning policy and development impact, in one place.
